Caring for your board
Each BOW charcuterie board is sold with a food safe conditioner. Once the board is used, clean with a wet cloth and dry immediately. Use provided conditioner sparingly to replenish lustre and shine.
Keep your charcuterie board out of direct sunlight, as UV rays cause colour changes in resin.
If using the charcuterie board as a cutting board as well, be forewarned that the sharp knife will leave scratch marks on the resin. I do offer a service where I refinish the damaged surface and return your board good as new for a small maintenance fee.
